How does the Practice work?
At the core of the breathwork is the exquisite river breath. A breath (and whole life) practice to increase your flow of giving and receiving in your body and your life.
While deeply simple this practice carries within it the invitation to uncover the CURRENT of life-force and actively deepen and energise this current.
This practice guides you directly to meet, befriend, awaken and ride the dragon of your own life-force bringing deep inner connection, more vitality and more power to create your life.
This dynamic breathwork practice has three distinct rounds. The first guides you into a deep state of peace, the second into a visceral aliveness and then the final round is an exquisite state of full-bodied flow.
This is the deepest element of the practice, guiding you to unlock the hidden secrets in your spine and bring its treasures into your life.
You will explore how breath can open up the flow and movement in the spine and awaken a radical new level of connection to your own embodied intelligence and vitality.
The three dragons
The deep reverence for dragons at the center of this work is born from my experience of opening the deep current of life within me.
When my physical primal human self comes fully alive alongside my exquisite boundless spiritual self, there is a surging of energy inside me, and I feel the potency and power of it is akin to a dragon, flying and roaring through my spine and chest and every cell.
So the dragon is a mythological symbol of the full potency of your life force when fully unleashed. The gold is the color I experience when these primal and spiritual currents come alive in me together.
The Primal Center
This is the center of primal lifeforce that lives in our belly and sexuality. It is the raw current of power that can infuse all that we are and do.
Awakening the bronze dragon is a reclamation of the power, pleasure, and innocence of this primal current. It is also radically increasing the amount of Lifeforce that we can access for both our own pleasure and to serve those we are born to serve.
The Luminous Center
The second center we work with in this practice is the head and voice. It reveals to us that our brain and voice are not just some robotic function to name and describe our experience.
Our brain and voice are connected to luminous and potent intelligence that can reveal the hidden mysteries of life and powerfully guide us to live a life absolutely true to who we really are.
The Heart Center
Sitting in the meeting point of the primal bronze dragon and the luminous silver dragon is the golden dragon of our heart and true nature.
The golden Dragon is the part of us that knows who we really are, beyond all the traps of roles, identities and stories. It reminds us of our true nature of love and service.
When the Golden Dragon comes alive, fueled by the luminous intelligence of the silver dragon, and fed by the unlimited energy of the bronze dragon, we truly can unleash our full bodied love as a way to live and serve.

This weekend you will unlock a flow of life-force that unleashes a whole new river of Peace, Vitality and Passion in your body and life.
You will learn the fundamental secrets to deepen this breathwork for yourself and others. YOU will do group breathwork sessions and supported breathwork session to take the practice deeper. We will also begin the singing spine practice.
This weekend is both for people who just want to deeper their own aliveness and is also the gateway to becoming a Golden Dragon Breathwork facilitator.
